SmartSafe LT150R EV Battery Lift - Electric 220 V/50 Hz

SmartSafe LT150R EV Battery Lift – Safely Removing and Installing EV Batteries

Overview

The SmartSafe LT150R is a mobile lifting platform for safely removing and installing battery packs from electric and hybrid vehicles. The vehicle is on the lift; the platform is positioned underneath and brings the heavy pack down or back up in a controlled manner.

The LT150R is available with electric drive (220 V / 50 Hz) or as a rechargeable version with a battery.

Why a Battery Lift?

Electric vehicle battery packs often weigh hundreds of kilograms and are large and flat. Removing them with regular jacks or transmission jacks is unsafe. A special battery platform keeps the pack stable and makes removal and installation safe for the technician and the pack.

Applications

• Removal and installation of battery packs

• Repair or replacement of battery modules

• EV workshops, dealerships, and body shops

Specifications

• Brand: SmartSafe

• Drive: electric (220 V / 50 Hz) or with rechargeable battery, depending on the version

Which version should you choose?

The LT150 and LT150R are available with different drives (electric 220 V, pneumatic, or with a rechargeable battery, depending on the model). The LT150R is the mobile version. Choose based on the connections in your workshop and how often you move the platform.

Important to Know
