Which diagnostic tool is right for my vehicle?
The right tool depends on your vehicle's make, model, and year. Our product pages include compatibility filters so you can quickly find tools that work with your specific vehicle. If you need personal advice, our technical team is available via email, phone, or live chat.
Can I use these tools myself without technical expertise?
Yes. Many of our tools are designed for DIY enthusiasts and home mechanics. Each product page clearly indicates the intended user level — from beginner-friendly OBD2 scanners to professional-grade diagnostic systems for workshops. Most tools come with clear instructions and our support team is always available to guide you.
How do I keep my diagnostic tool up to date?
Software and firmware updates are provided through the manufacturer's app or update tool, which can be downloaded from the product page or the manufacturer's website. We recommend keeping your tool updated to ensure compatibility with the latest vehicle models and access to new features.
How long does delivery take?
Orders placed on business days before 4:00 PM are processed the same day. Delivery within Belgium typically takes 1–2 business days. For other European countries, delivery takes 2–5 business days depending on the destination. You will receive a tracking code by email as soon as your order is dispatched.
What warranty do your products carry?
All products sold by Automotics carry a minimum 2-year legal warranty in accordance with Belgian and European consumer protection law. Manufacturer warranties may extend this period. If you experience a defect, contact us within the warranty period and we will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund.
Do you provide installation or technical support?
Yes. Our technical support team can assist with installation guidance, configuration, and troubleshooting via email, phone, and live chat. For more complex setups, we also offer on-site service. See our Services page for more information.
My tool is not connecting to my vehicle — what should I do?
Try the following steps: (1) Ensure the OBD2 connector is firmly seated in the vehicle's OBD port, usually located under the dashboard on the driver's side. (2) Check that the ignition is in the ON position (engine running or key turned to position II). (3) Verify Bluetooth or Wi-Fi pairing in your device settings. (4) Restart both the tool and the app. If the problem persists, contact our support team with your vehicle details and tool model number.
Do you offer discounts for business or bulk orders?
Yes. We offer tailored pricing for garages, workshops, fleet managers, and resellers. Contact our sales team via the contact form or at office@automotics.be to discuss your requirements and receive a custom quote.
