Delivery

Once your order has been dispatched, you can track its progress using the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. Below you will find information about delivery timeframes, what to do if a delivery fails, and how to report any issues.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Belgium: 1–2 business days after dispatch
  • Netherlands, Luxembourg: 1–3 business days after dispatch
  • France, Germany: 2–4 business days after dispatch
  • Other European countries: 3–7 business days after dispatch

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by peak periods, public holidays, or carrier delays outside our control.

What Happens if I'm Not Home?

If no one is available to receive the parcel, the carrier will leave a delivery notification card. Depending on the carrier, the parcel may be: (1) delivered to a neighbour, (2) taken to a nearby pickup point, or (3) held for a redelivery attempt. Follow the instructions on the card or use the carrier's tracking tool to reschedule delivery or collect your parcel from a pickup point.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your parcel arrives damaged, or if items are missing from your order, please report this to us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing office@automotics.be or calling +32 11 49 69 90. Include your order number and photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund as quickly as possible.
