At Automotics, we work with trusted carriers to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. All orders are carefully packed and dispatched from our warehouse in Ham, Belgium.

We ship with leading carriers including DPD, PostNL, DHL, and UPS. The available shipping methods and carriers are shown at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight. All shipments include a tracking code sent to your email address.

Orders placed on business days before 4:00 PM are processed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed on Friday afternoon, during weekends, or on public holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. The exact shipping cost is shown clearly at checkout before you complete your purchase — there are no hidden fees. Free shipping may apply on orders above a certain value; check the current promotion on our website.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can use this link to follow the progress of your delivery in real time. If you have an account, you can also track your orders from the My Orders section.

We ship to a wide range of countries across Europe. International shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.
