SmartSafe LT150 EV battery lift - Pneumatic

SmartSafe LT150 EV Battery Lift – Safely Remove and Install EV Batteries

Overview

The SmartSafe LT150 is a lifting platform for safely removing and installing battery packs from electric and hybrid vehicles. The vehicle sits on the vehicle lift; the platform is placed underneath it and brings the heavy pack down or back up in a controlled manner.

The LT150 is available with electric drive (220 V / 50 Hz) or pneumatic drive.

Why a Battery Lift?

Battery packs from electric vehicles often weigh hundreds of kilograms and are large and flat. Removing them with regular jacks or transmission jacks is unsafe. A special battery platform keeps the pack stable and makes removal and installation safe for both the technician and the pack.

Applications

• Removal and installation of battery packs

• Repair or replacement of battery modules

• EV workshops, dealerships, and body shops

Specifications

• Brand: SmartSafe

Which Version Should You Choose?

The LT150 and LT150R are available with different drives (electric at 220 V, pneumatic, or with a rechargeable battery, depending on the model). The LT150R is the mobile version. Choose based on the connections in your workshop and how often you move the platform.

Important to Know

Working on high-voltage batteries may only be performed by technicians with the proper training and authorization.
