As of model year 2018-2019, many European vehicles from brands such as Volkswagen, Audi, Skoda, SEAT, Mercedes Benz, Fiat, Alfa Romeo and Renault are equipped with a Security Gateway (SGW). This security module prevents unauthorized access to diagnostic functions such as fault code clearing, actuator testing and calibrations.
The official Thinkcar EU SGW package restores the full functionality of your Thinktool device and safely performs diagnostics on vehicles with active SGW security.

What is included

• 1 year of access for FCA vehicles

• 20 Renault SGW tokens (24 hours of access per token/VIN)

Easy activation

After purchase, the package is linked to the serial number of your Thinktool device. The licenses and tokens are automatically added to the digital wallet in your device - quick and easy to use.

All SGW access is through official Thinkcar servers and brand-specific protocols, ensuring that you meet the manufacturer's security standards. This prevents unauthorized communication with the vehicle and ensures a secure diagnostic environment.
