The Scania VCI4 is the latest vehicle communication interface from Scania, developed by ACTIA. This model replaces the older VCI1, VCI2 and VCI3 and offers more speed, reliability and functionality for professional workshops.
Connection options
The VCI4 can connect to the vehicle either wirelessly via Wi-Fi or wired via USB or Ethernet , offering flexibility for use in different situations.
Diagnostics and functionality
With the VCI4, you can read comprehensive fault codes, reconfigure ECUs, adjust parameters and perform active tests on key systems such as engine, transmission, braking systems, body control and more.
Compatibility with Scania software
The VCI4 works seamlessly with Scania SDP3 and Scania Workshop System (SWS), and is suitable for the latest Scania 5 and 6 series, including vehicles with cybersecure powertrains.
Power supply and status indicators
The VCI4 receives power directly from the vehicle battery via the OBD connector. LED indicators display connection status, including Wi-Fi, connection strength and error messages.
