Full access to Renault and Dacia vehicles
Starting with the 2019 model year, Renault and Dacia vehicles are equipped with a Security Gateway (SGW). This prevents unauthorized access and blocks functions such as fault code clearing, actuator testing and calibrations. With official Thinkcar SGW tokens, you regain full access.
24 hours per VIN
Each token provides 24 hours of access per vehicle (VIN). Tokens are automatically stored in your Thinktool device's digital wallet and are linked to the serial number of the diagnostic device - non-transferable.
Official approval required
Approval from the Renault Group may be required, with an average processing time of about two weeks. This ensures secure, official access.
