The BYD VDS2100 is the official BYD Vehicle Diagnosis System designed for professional workshops and independent operators. It delivers dealer-level diagnostic access to BYD electric, hybrid and ICE vehicles. The system includes a dedicated VDS tablet, VDCI interface and OBD connectors for both ICE (black OBD) and new energy vehicles (blue OBD)
The VDS2100 supports comprehensive diagnostic and service functions, including:
Full vehicle scanning and module access
Reading and clearing fault codes
Viewing and recording data flow
Checking module software versions
Exporting diagnostic reports
In addition, the system includes an App Warehouse for updates and a Replacement Centre for component replacement and calibration functions.
Offline mode is supported, but the device must connect to the internet at least once every 7 days.
